The Oosterstaketsel, protected as a monument in Blankenberge, is traditionally built as a wooden picket fence and is a pedestrian pier at the western end of the Zeedijk of Blankenberge with this building at the end, 450 meters into the sea.
Like the pier, it is a fashionable feature in Blankenberge. The reconstruction dates from 2007.
The ground floor is currently used by an established value, the fish restaurant ‘Het Oosterstaketsel’.
As soon as you walk into the catering business, the presence of authenticity, charm and atmosphere is immediately apparent. The 1st floor is completely ready to convert into a living space with bedroom which enjoys a phenomenal view of the coastline of Blankenberge.
This timber frame building (building) is being sold on concession land.
